Five promises. In writing. On every job.
Hiring a painter shouldn’t feel like a gamble. These five are printed on every quote we send — they’re the contract, not the pitch.
A fixed quote in 24 hours
Written, itemized, and fixed. The number we quote is the number you pay — no “well, once we got in there…” surprises.
You’ll know your crew
Before day one, we send you the names and faces of the people painting your home. No strangers at the door.
A clean site, every single day
Tools stowed, floors cleared, furniture covered. You live here — we just work here.
You sign off before you pay
We do a final walkthrough together. Blue-tape anything you don’t love and we fix it. Then — and only then — you pay the balance.
A written 2-year warranty
If our work peels, bubbles, or fails, we come back and make it right. In writing, not in vibes.
Pick your project
“When it’s gray outside 200 days a year, the colors inside do the heavy lifting.”
Color is the whole reason to paint — so we never make you guess. We paint real samples on your actual wall and come back when the light changes, until the shade is exactly right.

Job photos land here as projects wrap — the before, the prep nobody else shows you, and the reveal. Until then, the guarantee does the talking: you don’t pay the balance until you love the result.
From “we should paint” to “wow”
No mystery phases, no “we’ll see when we get in there.” A painting project with us has four moments, and you know the date of every one.
- Minute 1
Tell us about your project
Three quick taps on the quote form, or just call. Either way, it takes about a minute.
- Within 24 hours
Your fixed quote arrives
We come take a look — about 30 minutes — then your written, itemized, fixed price arrives with a start date and a finish date. That number is the number.
- Days 1–4
We prep, protect, and paint
Floors masked, furniture covered, edges taped. Then the careful part: coat by coat, line by line.
- The final hour
Walk through, sign off, enjoy
You inspect everything with us. Anything you blue-tape gets fixed before you pay the balance.
Proudly painting around Puget Sound
Based in the Seattle–Tacoma corridor and happy to drive to you. Don’t see your city? Ask — the worst we’ll say is “that’s a long ladder ride.”
Straight answers
The things people actually ask us, answered the way we’d want them answered.
How much does it cost to paint a house in the Seattle area?
Honest ballparks: single rooms usually land between $400–$900, whole interiors $4,000–$9,000, full exteriors $6,000–$14,000, and kitchen cabinet refinishing $3,500–$7,000. Where you fall depends on size, surface condition, and prep — your written quote pins the exact number within 24 hours, and it doesn’t drift once we start.
How long will my project take?
Most interiors run 2–5 days, exteriors 3–7 depending on prep and weather. Your quote includes a start date and a finish date, and our guarantee covers being on time — if we blow the schedule, that’s on us, not you.
Do I need to move my furniture or be home while you work?
No and no. We move and cover furniture, mask floors and fixtures, and clean up every day. Hand us a key or a garage code and come home to a finished room.
What does “you don’t pay the balance” actually mean?
Exactly what it says. Before final payment we walk the job together and you blue-tape anything that isn’t right — a thin spot, a rough edge, a drip. We fix all of it. You only pay the balance once you’ve signed off.
When’s the best time of year for exterior painting around here?
Late spring through early fall is the reliable window — surfaces need to be dry and above about 50°F. We track the forecast and schedule around Pacific Northwest weather, and good summer dates book up early, so it pays to get your quote in spring.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington. Your written quote includes our contractor license number (checkable on the WA Department of Labor & Industries site) and proof of insurance.
