Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and the basics of how Foggy Fox Painters quotes and performs work. Your individual project is governed by your written quote and contract, which always take precedence.

Quotes

• Quotes are free, written, and fixed for the scope they describe.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• If you change the scope (more rooms, different prep, new colors mid-project), we’ll price the change in writing before doing the work — never after.

Scheduling & weather

Exterior work depends on dry surfaces and suitable temperatures. If weather forces a pause, we’ll tell you immediately and reschedule the affected days; weather delays don’t void our on-time commitment when they’re documented and communicated.

Payment & the walkthrough

Final balance is due only after the completion walkthrough, where you may flag any item for correction. We fix flagged items before collecting the balance — that’s the guarantee, and it’s written into every contract.

Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a written 2-year warranty against peeling, blistering, and finish failure caused by our application or preparation. It doesn’t cover damage from structural movement, water intrusion from outside the painted system, or normal wear. Warranty terms ship with your final invoice.

Website use

Site content is provided as-is for general information. We work to keep pricing factors, process descriptions, and service details accurate, but your written quote is the authoritative document for your project.

Liability

We carry the licensing, bonding, and insurance required of Washington painting contractors (license number provided on every quote and contract). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
