Quote form details: your name, phone number, project ZIP code, and the project details you choose (type, size, timing).
Call and text records: if you call or text us, we keep the communication history needed to manage your project.
Site analytics: standard, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via analytics cookies, used only to improve the site.

How we use it

To contact you about your quote request and schedule your project
To send project-related updates (scheduling, reminders, follow-ups)
To measure which parts of our site and advertising actually help people

Text messaging (SMS) terms

If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Foggy Fox Painters about your quote and project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Who we share data with

Only the service providers needed to run the business: our form-handling and messaging providers, call-tracking provider, and analytics tools — each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us. We never sell personal information.

Data retention

We keep lead and project records as long as needed to honor quotes, warranties, and legal obligations, then delete them on request or per our retention schedule.
